利用規約

本規約は、個人事業主 佐藤幸樹（以下「運営者」）が提供するサービス「のれん（noren）」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本サービスは、Google Business Profileのオーナー権限を持つGoogleアカウントでログインすることにより、利用登録が完了します。

登録にあたり、以下の条件を満たしている必要があります。

• Google Business Profileに登録済みのお店を所有・管理していること
• 本規約に同意していること
• 運営者が利用を不適切と判断した場合でないこと

料金は予告なく変更する場合があります。変更の際は本サービス内またはLINEにて事前にご案内します。

お支払いはクレジットカードによる月次自動決済（Stripe）にて行います。

無料期間（見習いプラン）終了後、自動的に選択したプランへ移行し、月額料金が発生します。

解約はいつでもご自身で行うことができます。

解約後、次の決済日以降は課金されません。

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 第三者の権利（著作権・商標権・プライバシー権など）を侵害する行為
3. 虚偽・誇大・誤解を招く口コミ返信を投稿する行為
4. 本サービスを利用して競合他社への攻撃的な口コミ返信を作成する行為
5. 本サービスのシステムに不正にアクセスし、または負荷をかける行為
6. 他の利用者または第三者を誹謗中傷する行為
7. 本サービスを逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
8. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

禁止事項に違反した場合、運営者は事前の通知なく利用を停止または解約することができます。

運営者は、以下について一切の責任を負いません。

1. AI生成コンテンツ：本サービスが自動生成した返信文の内容・正確性・適切性について保証しません。最終的な投稿の判断は利用者自身が行うものとします。
2. サービスの中断・停止：メンテナンス、システム障害、その他の事情によるサービスの中断について責任を負いません。
3. Google・LINE・Stripeのサービス変更：連携する外部サービスの仕様変更・障害に起因する問題について責任を負いません。
4. 口コミへの影響：本サービスの利用によってGoogle Business Profileの評価や順位が変動した場合、その結果について保証しません。
5. データ損失：システム障害やデータ消去等により生じたデータの損失について責任を負いません。

運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本サービスの内容を変更または終了することができます。終了の際は、可能な限り事前にLINEまたはメールにてお知らせします。

本規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス内またはLINEにて事前にお知らせします。

本規約の解釈・適用は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the service "noren" ("the Service") provided by sole proprietor Koki Sato ("Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Registration is completed by logging in with a Google Account that has owner access to a Google Business Profile.

The following conditions must be met at registration:

• You own or manage a business registered on Google Business Profile.
• You agree to these Terms.
• The Operator has not determined your use to be inappropriate.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Changes will be announced via the Service or LINE in advance.

Payment is processed via monthly automatic credit card billing (Stripe).

After the free trial (Apprentice Plan) ends, billing automatically transitions to the selected plan.

You may cancel at any time.

No charges will be incurred after the next billing date following cancellation.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Actions that infringe on the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
3. Posting false, exaggerated, or misleading review replies
4. Using the Service to create hostile review replies targeting competitors
5. Unauthorized access to or placing excessive load on the Service's systems
6. Defaming or slandering other users or third parties
7. Decompiling or reverse-engineering the Service
8. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator

In cases of violation, the Operator may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

The Operator assumes no responsibility for the following:

1. AI-Generated Content: No warranty is made regarding the content, accuracy, or appropriateness of automatically generated replies. Users are solely responsible for the decision to post.
2. Service Interruptions: No responsibility is assumed for service interruptions due to maintenance, system failures, or other circumstances.
3. Changes to Google, LINE, or Stripe: No responsibility is assumed for issues arising from specification changes or failures in integrated third-party services.
4. Impact on Reviews: No guarantee is made regarding changes in Google Business Profile ratings or rankings resulting from use of the Service.
5. Data Loss: No responsibility is assumed for data loss resulting from system failures or data erasure.

The Operator may modify or terminate the Service when deemed necessary. In the event of termination, users will be notified in advance via LINE or email where possible.

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Revisions take effect upon being posted on this page. Significant changes will be announced via the Service or LINE in advance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of business.
