個人事業主 佐藤幸樹（以下「運営者」）は、提供するサービス「のれん（noren）」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
収集する情報
本サービスは、以下の情報を収集します。
- Google Business Profileの口コミデータ：レビュー本文、評価（星の数）、投稿日時、返信の有無・内容
- LINEのユーザーID：LINE Bot を通じた返信案の送信先として使用します
- GoogleアカウントのOAuthトークン：Google Business Profile APIへのアクセスに必要な認証情報
- Googleロケーション情報：どのお店ページに紐付けるかを特定するためのロケーションID
氏名、住所、電話番号など、上記以外の個人情報は収集しません。
情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します。
- Google Business Profileの口コミへの返信文案の自動生成
- LINEを通じた返信案の配信
- 本サービスの品質改善および機能向上
AI による返信文案の生成にあたり、口コミのテキストおよび評価情報を米国のAIプロバイダーであるAnthropic, Inc.（以下「Anthropic」）のAPIに送信します。送信されるのは口コミ内容のみであり、氏名・住所・電話番号等の個人識別情報は含みません。Anthropicのプライバシーポリシーは anthropic.com/privacy にてご確認いただけます。
第三者への提供
運営者は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
- Anthropic, Inc.（米国）：AI返信生成のためのAPI呼び出しにおいて口コミデータを送信します
- Google LLC（米国）：Google Business Profile APIを通じた口コミ取得・返信投稿のために認証トークンを使用します
- 法令に基づく場合：裁判所・行政機関等からの適法な要請がある場合
上記以外の目的で第三者への情報提供・販売は行いません。
Google APIサービスの限定的使用（Limited Use）
本サービスがGoogle APIから受け取った情報の使用および転送は、Google APIサービスのユーザーデータポリシー（Limited Use要件を含む）に完全に準拠します。
具体的には、以下を遵守します。
- 取得したデータを広告目的で使用しない
- 返信文案の生成以外の目的でデータを使用しない
- 利用者の同意なく第三者にデータを開示・提供しない
- 人間がデータを読み取ることを最小限にとどめる
データの保管と削除
取得した情報は、Firebase Firestore（Google Cloud）上に保管します。データは本サービスの提供に必要な期間のみ保存します。
利用者はいつでも以下の方法でデータの削除を求めることができます。
- Googleアカウントの連携解除（Googleアカウント設定 → セキュリティ → サードパーティのアクセス）
- privacy@noren-app.jp へのメール連絡
削除の要請を受けた場合、運営者は速やかに当該データを削除します。
セキュリティ
運営者は、収集した情報の安全管理のために適切な措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信において完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス内またはLINEを通じてお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Information We Collect
The Service collects the following information:
- Google Business Profile review data: Review text, star ratings, post dates, and existing reply status/content.
- LINE User ID: Used to deliver reply suggestions via LINE Bot.
- Google Account OAuth token: Authentication credentials required to access the Google Business Profile API.
- Google Location Information: Location ID used to identify which business page to associate with.
We do not collect personal information beyond the above, such as names, addresses, or phone numbers.
Purpose of Use
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Automatically generating reply drafts for Google Business Profile reviews
- Delivering reply suggestions via LINE
- Improving service quality and functionality
In generating AI-powered reply suggestions, review text and rating information are transmitted to the API of Anthropic, Inc., a U.S.-based AI provider. Only review content is transmitted; personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, or phone numbers is not included. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Third-Party Disclosure
The Operator does not disclose user information to third parties except in the following cases:
- Anthropic, Inc. (USA): Review data is transmitted via API calls for AI reply generation.
- Google LLC (USA): Authentication tokens are used to retrieve reviews and post replies via the Google Business Profile API.
- Legal Requirements: When lawfully requested by courts, administrative agencies, or other authorities.
We do not sell or share user information with third parties for any other purpose.
Google API Services Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by the Service fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we adhere to the following:
- Data is not used for advertising purposes.
- Data is not used for any purpose other than generating reply suggestions.
- Data is not disclosed or shared with third parties without user consent.
- Human access to data is minimized.
Data Storage and Deletion
Collected information is stored on Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud). Data is retained only for the period necessary to provide the Service.
Users may request data deletion at any time by:
- Revoking Google account access (Google Account Settings → Security → Third-party access)
- Sending an email to privacy@noren-app.jp
Upon receiving a deletion request, the Operator will promptly delete the relevant data.
Security
The Operator takes appropriate measures to safeguard collected information. However, complete security of internet communications cannot be guaranteed.
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Service or LINE. Updates take effect upon being posted on this page.
